Andrew practices in the area of corporate law with a focus on Canadian, cross-border and international mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. He represents a number of publicly traded and private companies in financings, M&A, negotiation of commercial agreements, and ongoing governance and disclosure matters. He has advised boards of directors, special committees, investment bankers; private equity, venture capital and alternative investment funds.

With extensive experience advising clients in the technology space, from incorporation to IPO to strategic sale, Andrew has advised entrepreneurs on every aspect of the life cycle of their startup tech companies. is one of the partners responsible for the Firm’s U.S. and Emerging Companies initiatives.
