“There are numerous pitfalls that new companies can encounter. Many times start-ups do not have the resources they need to prepare for every eventuality. Rather than relying on luck, experienced professionals can help start-ups safeguard against problems and assist with decisions on how to prioritize scarce resources. We understand the choices that start-ups need to make, and the value of what we offer: we help keep options open.”
Frank’s significant recent transactions include advising Spin Master on two separate bought deal transactions – the first being a C$130-million treasury and secondary offering of subordinate voting shares and the second being a C$150 million secondary offering; Knape & Vogt, a Wind Point Partners portfolio company, on its acquisition of ISE (International Source for Ergonomics); and an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital, on the sale of Highline Produce.
